1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to every shipment booked with Radex Ecommerce ("Radex", "we") by a seller ("you"), whether booked through the seller portal, a spreadsheet upload or our team. By booking a shipment you accept these terms, together with the rates and settlement terms agreed for your account.
2. Booking and information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us: the receiver's name, full address and phone number, the declared contents, the weight and any cash on delivery (COD) amount. Delays, failed deliveries or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete details are your responsibility.
3. Cash on delivery
For COD shipments, we collect the amount shown on the booking from the receiver at delivery and hold it on your behalf. Collected amounts are settled to the bank account registered on your seller account, less our delivery charges, return charges and any other agreed deductions, on the schedule agreed for your account. Each settlement is accompanied by a statement.
Riders collect the booked amount only. Any change to a COD amount must be requested before the parcel goes out for delivery.
4. Packing and weight
You must pack every shipment so that it can withstand normal handling in transit. Shipments may be weighed and measured at our facilities; charges are based on the actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
5. Prohibited items
We do not carry the following, and may refuse, hold or return any shipment we reasonably believe contains them:
- Cash, bearer instruments, prize bonds and precious metals or stones
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and replicas of them
- Narcotics, controlled substances and prescription medicines without the required authorisation
- Flammable, corrosive, toxic or otherwise hazardous materials, including gas cylinders and aerosols in bulk
- Live animals and perishable goods that cannot survive the transit time
- Counterfeit goods and any item that is illegal to own, sell or transport in Pakistan
6. Delivery, attempts and returns
We attempt delivery at the address booked. If delivery fails, we may attempt again or contact you for instructions. Shipments that cannot be delivered, or that the receiver refuses, are returned to you, and the agreed return charge applies. Detain shipments are held at our office for the agreed period and returned to you if not collected.
7. Liability
Our liability for loss of or damage to a shipment is limited to the amount agreed for your account, and in any case to the declared value of the shipment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, road closures, weather and government action.
8. Claims
Claims for loss, damage or short COD settlement must be made in writing to info@radex.pk within the period agreed for your account, with the tracking number and supporting evidence.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to shipments booked after the update.
