What each status means
Booked
The seller has booked the order. The parcel has not been handed to Radex yet.
Picked up
Our rider has collected the parcel from the seller.
Arrived at hub
The parcel has been scanned at a Radex hub and is being sorted.
In transit
The parcel is on its way to the destination city.
Out for delivery
A rider has the parcel and will deliver it today. Keep your phone close, and have the COD amount ready.
Delivered
The parcel has been handed over and any cash on delivery collected.
Delivery attempted
The rider could not deliver, for example because nobody answered. We will try again or contact you.
Ready for collection
A Detain parcel is waiting at our office for you to collect.
Returned to seller
The parcel could not be delivered and has gone back to the seller.
